Proofing and Cancellation Agreement |
The importance of Proofing
Please take the time to check every aspect of the design files at every stage of the design process. Once you have signed off on the pdf final, Dizzy Wizzy Design is not responsible for formatting and/or typographical errors on the final product. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format and type style, are your responsibility. No exceptions. If you should choose to reprint due to errors of any kind, you are responsible for 100 percent of the reprint, reproduction and labor costs.
Cancellation Agreement
If you cancel the agreement before production begins, Dizzy Wizzy Design will retain the custom design fee. If you cancel the agreement after production begins, Dizzy Wizzy Design will retain 100 percent of the contract costs.
